This registration is for Food Trucks only, and only pertains to the Saturday of the two-day festival.
Greetings, Food Entrepreneurs!
The Chattanooga Street Food Festival debuted several years ago, and was an immediate success – people love coming out to the festival and eating new concepts. Unlike our other markets and special events, the Street Food Festival is open to all legal, insured and licensed food trucks on a first come, first served basis. Capacity is limited.
In 2019, sales reports ranged from $497 to $1,919 with a truck average of $990. The Top 10 Trucks reported combined sales of $13,976; total reported sales was $18,816 for the day. Your mileage may vary, but seasoned trucks have typically done well historically.
Requirements to Participate
- a food truck!
- insurance ($1m GL, COI required)
- all health permits
- a quiet generator (Honda), or 110v shore power/propane
- an interesting menu and a great attitude!
- $30 setup + 10% sales commission post event
- 9am: setup begins
- 11am: event opens
- 12:30pm: live music begins
- 6pm: event concludes
- 7pm CFC game next door @ Stadium!
