Come join us the first Sunday of every month for our featured ‘Chef at the Market’ series. Our guest chef will demonstrate how to prepare something fantastic, using market fresh foods, that you can make at home. Tastings are often available! 12pm-2pm

This month’s Guest Chef is Shane Stone, chef and creator of High Haute Foods. His cooking career began in his hometown of Joplin, MO at the Red Onion Café.

Since then he has worked in a myriad of restaurants throughout the southeast including Ocean 60 in Atlantic Beach, FL, Lush in Atlanta, GA, as well as 212 Market and St. Johns Restaurant and Meeting Place here in Chattanooga, TN.

Shane opened High Haute Foods with a simple mission: To provide clients with a restaurant quality, fine dining experience in the venue of their choice. That begins with working closely with local farmers and staying within the constructs of seasonality.
